Account & Contact Data: Name, email, phone, company, country — collected on registration, order, or pilot application.
Farm & Equipment Data: Sprayer model, boom width, GPS field boundaries, crop types, spray session logs — used to calibrate AI weed detection models.
Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected via server logs.
Payment Data: Processed by third-party providers (Stripe, bank transfer). We do not store card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Fulfilling orders and delivering hardware
- Providing and improving the ATAR AI SaaS service
- Training AI weed detection models (anonymized farm data only)
- Sending service notifications and support responses
- Complying with legal obligations

Contract and order data: 5 years after contract end. Farm usage data: subscription duration + 1 year. Marketing consent: until withdrawn.
