1. What Is Covered

Atar Agtek d.o.o. warrants the following components against manufacturing defects for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery:

• ATAR Detection Modules — electronics, housing, camera, and solenoid valve driver circuitry
• ATAR Central Unit — main controller board, enclosure, and power management circuitry

2. What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage, impact, crushing, or deformation of any kind
• Water ingress beyond the rated IP protection level
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or operation outside specified parameters
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or opening of sealed enclosures
• Normal wear and tear
• Cables, hoses, connectors, nozzle bodies, brackets, and consumable parts
• Damage caused by chemical exposure beyond specified resistance ratings

3. Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact ATAR support at agro@atar.ai with photos and a description of the defect.
2. ATAR will issue an RMA number within 5 business days.
3. Ship the defective unit to our service address in Novi Sad, Serbia. Shipping to ATAR is at customer cost; return shipping of the repaired unit is covered by ATAR.
4. ATAR will repair or replace the defective unit within 15 business days of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

ATAR’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component. ATAR is not liable for indirect damages, loss of crops, loss of income, or consequential losses arising from product failure.
